"Navin and his son Kush did some great work for me 4 years ago when my then 11 year old boiler broke down. Navin diagnosed the problem correctly and fitted the parts for a good price. I didn't have another problem with this old boiler for another 4 years. Last week, this now 15 year old boiler finally broke down. I had unfortunately lost Navin's number so I called an emergency plumber hotline. That cost me £600 in call out fees, parts and labour and still did not fix my boiler. I wish I had thought to look up Navin's number straightaway. I called Navin and asked if he could fit me a new boiler. He quoted me a great price, offered his advice on what I suits my needs best (i.e. he didn't advise the most expensive option) and he and Kush came to fit it. I asked them if they could look at something else while they were here and they did so without hesitatation or charge. They are proffessional, experianced and friendly, and they look after their customers. Write their number down and do not lose it!"
