Customer Reviews
"Absolutely amazing service !! Used Alan a few times over the years .A total professional !"
"Alan has negative communication skills as he never replies to any messages on text or WhatsApp and also doesn't answer a single call ever! I've been trying to contact Alan for over 4 months now, and have been unsuccessful every time due to his continued ignorance. There is absolutely no way at all to leave him a voicemail either, as his line doesn't accept them. Don't recommend!"
"Alan came out to sort my Brattonsound safe that was under warranty, within a few minutes he had opened the lock and got the door open - with no damage whatsoever. He explained the issue to me and fitted a new lock. Very knowledgeable, prompt, highly recommended. Great service from start to finish."
"Alan did a fantastic job. Communication from first to last contact was exceptional. Would highly recommend"
"Alan saved me! My key snapped in a safe. 7 locksmiths looked at my key and said no chance. 2 tried to do it and failed. Alan was recommended to break the lock, told me he thinks he could cut the key and he did. He could’ve easily not done that and come and drilled the lock and charged me multiple figures more than he did by cutting the key! Cannot recommend him enough. He’s clearly a specialist in his field and on top of that, he has integrity and that is hard to come by! I will now only use Alan for any cutting/lock/safe issues going forward"
