"Steve installed an EV charging point at my place and was absolutely brilliant. I called late in the afternoon to ask for a quote, and he showed up about an hour later to check my current setup, walk me through my options, and make sure everything was aligned with my requirements and his recommendations. He sent the quote the next day, and everything was sorted within a week. Talk about efficiency! He was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He also had so much patience explaining everything and making adjustments to suit what I needed. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. Really friendly, reliable service from start to finish. Highly recommend!"

I had an emergency issue with the electrics to my boiler - called Steve in the evening, with no notice and he came round within 30 minutes and went well above and beyond diagnosing the issue- even going into the loft to check all possibilities and finding the problem and proposing a solution. "Steven installed an Ohme charger for us and he did a fantastic job. We had an awkward installation as it required a long cable but he did the job neatly and cleaned up any mess he had made, even outside! Charger works as expected and even before we had it installed, he sent us tips and information on how to use it. He is polite and friendly and gave lots of insights into charging efficiently. He even reached out via WhatsApp a few weeks on from the job to make sure we were getting on with the charger okay. Overall he did a stellar job and I would thouroghly recommend him"

"Incredible service! Attenborough Electrical (steve) has been nothing short of exceptional. Work was done brilliantly and always available to explain the process to make us understand the improvements he was making. He even hoovered up after himself! He replaced our old electrical box and then fed a new cable to supply electric to our new sauna (my own retirement gift to myself). Went above and beyond on what was one of the hottest days of the week, and always remained calm and good humoured. Stayed late to and then returned the next day (a Sunday) to complete the task. He also helped solve some other issues with our old electrical circuit. We couldn't be more impressed. What a star! Thank you so much Steve."
