Barratt Bespoke Joinery

"We hired Barrett’s bespoke Joinery to complete staircase work, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The workmanship carried out was poor, with several elements left unfinished and others completed to a substandard level that now require correction by another professional. Despite being paid in full, Jake has failed to return to complete the job and has not responded to any calls, messages, or attempts to resolve the situation. The complete lack of communication and accountability has left us with additional cost, inconvenience, and an unsafe, unfinished staircase. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this business. Professionalism, communication, and completing the work you have been paid for are basic expectations, and unfortunately none of these were met."

"Jake installed a new bannister for us and did a great job. The quality of the work was excellent, and we’re really happy with how it turned out. He was reliable and even put in extra work to get it finished quickly for us"

"Jake recently installed a brand new bannister for us. He did a fantastic job. He was competitively priced, good communication and his workmanship was top notch. I would highly recommend him"

"Jake was very professional and gave us full confidence in his work. The stairs are finished to a high standard and exactly what we wanted."

"We received top quality work from Barratt’s Bespoke Joinery. Very professional and went the extra mile every step of the way!"
