"Incredible experience and it's easy to understand why Bryan has so many 5 star reviews. We had an issue with some French windows and Bryan was very responsive. He was also transparent about the cost of repair and when he would be able to attend. Once he learned that the door couldn't lock, Bryan prioritised the job for the same day and was there within a couple of hours. The door was very old and beyond repair so, rather than continuing, he advised on the best course of action for us. There was also no call-out charge despite the time and effort he had put in.
