C R S Roofing & Roofline Solutions Ltd

"Gareth and his team installed a new roof on my home about six years ago. They did great work and provided me with a 10 year guarantee. Since then I've asked them to come back out twice to replace tiles that had slipped due to storms and both times they've come out quickly and with no fuss. Recently my neighbour noted a gap between my roof and theirs and asked me to ring Gareth to see if my guarantee would cover this. Once again, he popped by and sent someone out within a couple of weeks to clear away debris on my neighbours roof and to put some more sealant on the gap. I've been amazed at the excellent customer service from all his team, including Alicia who has kept me up to date every step of the way. Really cannot praise them enough."

"*IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD* I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company. We had a fibre‑glass flat roof installed and have had issues from the very beginning. Despite multiple visits, the roof still leaks and the workmanship has never been put right. We were told that the problems were due to a previous employee leaving the owner with a backlog of issues, but respectfully, that is not my problem as the customer. I work in customer service myself, and if something isn’t right, you do everything you can to resolve it — unfortunately, that has not been the case here. I have repeatedly asked for the roof to be relaid properly or for a full refund, and I am still waiting for an answer. Instead, we’ve been continually fobbed off, left chasing responses, and no permanent solution has ever been provided. For the money paid, the standard of work and the aftercare have been completely unacceptable. I would never use this company again and would not want anyone else to go through the stress, inconvenience, and ongoing issues we’ve experienced. Photos will be attached to my review to show the unresolved defects."

"I recently had CRS Roofing and Roofline Solutions Ltd install a new rubber EPDM roof with full trims, lead flashings, guttering and finishing work. The job was completed to a very high standard throughout. David and his apprentice were excellent from start to finish — professional, reliable, and clearly take real pride in their work. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and to give me full confidence in the quality of the installation. The owner Gareth genuinely cares about his reputation and delivering top marks for each customer, which I experienced on this job. I was extremely selective when choosing the right roofer and in the end, I am glad I chose CRS. To top it off, my new roof is fully insurance backed guarantee by the Consumer Protection Association. I’m extremely pleased with the final result and would not hesitate to recommend CRS Roofing and Roofline Solutions Ltd to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company."

"I’d highly recommend CRS Roofing Solutions. From start to finish, they were professional, helpful, and really easy to communicate with. The team turned up on time, were respectful throughout, and kept everything tidy – which made such a difference. The work was done to a great standard and at a really fair price too. Honestly couldn’t fault them! Thanks again for a great job."
