"Contacted 11 days ago for a quote on installing 6 AC units to my property, was initially informed that the Surveyor was on holiday and the earliest they could attend 03/07/2026. Agreed to the visit but whilst waiting I was engaging via email about quotes for different potential units based on the size of my property and the rooms that I required the installs into. Once I provided all the information required within 24 hours the emails went quiet. I followed up 3 days later requesting receipt of my email... no response, I assumed they were just busy as this was during the heatwave. Come to today, I had the assumption that the surveyor would be attending as per the email exchange however, this is clearly not the case.. I have emailed again asking if I can expect the surveyor to attend and no response.. This may be an isolated incident as, a lot of the reviews are very positive but, for someone who was going to be spending quite a large sum of money with them I feel this is quite poor. I will have to look at alternative companies which regrettably delays me even further with getting AC. Shame really."

The team at Complete Cooling have been brilliant- came out to visit, gave suggestions, no pressure approach, always kept in touch with me with any updates and were brilliant on customer service replies and calls. The cost was very competitive. They've secured a repeat customer! Cannot recommend more highly 👍"

The two fitters were amazing, never made a spot of mess and when leaving at the end of the day you would not know that any work had been carried out.
