"Cleaners didn’t turn up. No explanation given. I agreed for them to come the next day, then changed my mind because I didn’t trust they’d be on time and I have other commitments. I confirmed that I was cancelling the booking twice. They turned up over 2 hours after the cancelled booking time anyway. The owner was not professional, telling me ‘we all make mistakes’. And begging me not to leave a bad review. Reviews should reflect the actual experience of the customers. These agencies takes half the money for the work their cleaners do then they can’t even handle the work of managing the bookings. Awful."

"We have been using Crystal shine for about a year now and always find the cleaning the staff carry out to be very thorough and to a high standard. They also gave the car park a good tidy up by removing the weeds and sweeping up as well."

"Terrible experience. Firstly, I had to chase them several times to get a quote. They said they will come by around 10 and came only at 11:00. As part of deep cleaning the carpets, they caused damage to our freshly painted walls and skirting board. One of their cleaners, the lady, was on the phone talking while cleaning up and missed cleaning the top shelf of kitchen cupboards and didn't bother to even dust the wardrobe superficially, forget deep clean! see the photos for the blu tack and pieces of paper still there on the wardrobe door. We reminded her several times that you are being paid by the hour, hence focus on your work rather than talk on phone Overall, I regret giving them the work. Now I have to spend half a day of the painters to fix the cleaners mess and I have to clean up almost everything myself thoroughly."

"Charmaine sent in a team of 2 to do a deep clean on my apartment - it's a late 19th century place with 11ft ceilings and fancy old plasterwork throughout. My previous cleaner retired a few months back and I've been playing at keeping it clean since; I needed professional help. The team were friendly and industrious. They did a great job which was especially visible in the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. The whole place seems refreshed and it just feels great! Highly recommended; just don't skimp on the time it actually takes to get a good job done."
