"Belated review. David carried out a Level 2 survey on a property we were buying. From the start, communication was good and expectations were clear. David went out on the stormiest day of the year in January and took lots of pictures, including of the roof. The survey was in-depth and raised issues we never even considered. We went ahead with the house purchase and have used the survey as a checklist of things to do. We had a couple of calls with David in which he talked us through things, including one a little while later. The service is really good and the information we received has been very valuable. Thoroughly recommend!"
