Elegant Doors

"Absolutely first class service from Matt. An exceptional eye for detail & a faultless product that enhances our home. We could not be more pleased."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF RUDE COMPANY!!!!!!!! We recently purchased 5 oak burr doors nearly £400 per door. Took 5 months to come!!!! Week before they were due to be delivered, they then advised the furniture for doors was not available till weeks after doors arrive!! Then advised we had to find our own joiner as her son was too busy with a back log!!!! Doors arrived one was completely wrong size, they refused to change stating it was our fault thats the size we ordered. My husband built the frame so think he knows what size hmmmmmm Final straw delivered and because my husband wanted to check the doors wasnt damaged. The son started swearing at my husband!!! Stay well away rip off company their customer service was atrocious. . Definitely don't get your doors fitted by elegant doors!!!"

"We recently completed a very large order of Garofoli doors through Elegant Doors, and although we experienced an extremely difficult issue with the original delivery, I can honestly say that the way this company handled the situation was exceptional. Mistakes can happen anywhere — what truly matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Sue from Elegant Doors showed a level of honesty, professionalism, responsibility and genuine care that is incredibly rare today. Every single issue was resolved. The entire order was remade at their expense, every detail was corrected, communication was always kind and transparent, and throughout the whole process we genuinely felt that they truly cared about making things right. The final result is absolutely beautiful, and we are beyond happy with our doors. I especially want to thank Sue personally — not only for being highly professional, but also for being such a warm, thoughtful and deeply decent person. That made all the difference during a very stressful renovation process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Elegant Doors to anyone looking for high-end Italian doors and truly outstanding customer service. Thank you again for everything."

"Recently purchased a pocket door from this company and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Door fitted perfectly without any issues. Door is excellent quality, can't recommend enough. Thank you all the team at elegant doors."

"Fantastic and efficient service. I ordered a bespoke sized, obscured toughened glass, bathroom door and associated furniture. The total amount being over £600.00, I obviously had to get everything correct, as there was no second chance. I was lucky enough to place my order with Sue, who obviouly has made it her business, to know the product and it's manufacture thoroughly. Sue patiently guided me through the process of measurements etc, making sure there were no mistakes. I orderd with confidence! Sue ensured I was able to collect the door in record time and now my bathroom has a posh door for Christmas. The door is a perfect size and looks fantastic! Thank you Sue and Elegant Doors"
