"EvoEnergy installed solar panels at my property in 2010. I am now selling my property and need an MCS certificate to verify that the installation is structurally sound. It was EvoEnergy's responsibility to send this certificate within ten days of the installation being completed - they did not. I have emailed the company three times to request assistance and have only received computer generated responses saying they will contact me within two days - they have not. It is clear that they do not care about their previous clients and are not interested in providing any sort of customer service - even to address their own failings. What a grubby company this has become."
