"Fantastic Job. For most households and families, anything that interferes with hot water and being warm and cosy is always a bit of challenge. Apart from servicing, the rule ‘if it’s not broke don’t fix it’ applies. When it finally dawns on you that the old boiler is just not up to scratch anymore and whilst not on its last legs it will not be around forever. Then you start to scratch your head and try to find somebody to do the job. Where on earth do you turn to for the answers, especially to the biggest question, what is it all going to cost? For us the start was a phone call to Fahrenheit Plumbing and Heating, a local well-respected company in Beeston. Karl arrived the next day and looked at the old system and spent the time with me going through all of the options. We wanted a Worcester Bosch boiler as they came out top of all of the ratings. Karl advised us what was required and the next day our quote arrived for a new Worcester Bosch combination boiler and the new radiators needed to complete a shiny new look. We live in a house converted from an old school that is nearly two hundred years old, and the building was never designed to accommodate a modern central heating system. After another visit and a bit more head-scratching the final work and price was agreed. Even better, the work was done whilst we were on holiday and we came home to a fantastic new combination boiler system and all new radiators and a clean and tidy house. Interested to know what was done? An old boiler, hot water tank, roof tanks, shower pump and all of the old radiators were removed and taken away. A new Worcester Bosch Greenstar CDi 36 combination boiler was installed in the airing cupboard vacated by the old hot water tank which now looks very neat and tidy. A new 22mm gas pipe essential for a combination boiler was installed together with a new condenser pipe. A new gas flue was installed to take away the exhaust through the roof. Fahrenheit engineers, together with a local roofer Andy made good all of the old tiles. The real worth of a reliable company is not in how good they are when everything is perfect, but how good they are when things aren’t quite right. A minor issue with our forty-year-old pipes and a small blockage was dealt with immediately and we now have all the hot water we need, and we can look forward to a much warmer cosier house during the coming winter. The conclusion: we can’t rate Fahrenheit Plumbing and Heating highly enough. Thanks for a job well done."
