"Great experience from start to end. Celine was really knowledgeable when she came to do the plans, nothing was to much trouble when we wanted to add and change things. Ross was also very helpful when we came in to the showroom. would highly recommend."

"Howdens Long Eaton has a great team. Grateful thanks to Ross for helping with a recent order of a variety of goods and arrangement of super quick delivery. Ross's top product knowledge made the transaction quick and faultless. Thanks for the friendly and polite service."

"I had a kitchen from Howdens which looks lovely after being installed. I had a few problems with measurements etc with the installation guy but nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Unopened units were exchanged to make it all a prefect fit. They were all very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, communications was great. Thank you very much. Happy customer"

"Kitchen very nice, Sophie the kitchen designer did an excellent job however customer service in our case was not at all acceptable. The accounts department didn't come up to scratch either, stopping my builders account because of a mistake on Howdens part. Very Very unprofessional. We were promised a £50 discount on a wine cooler that we thought didn't work properly in the first place and stopped working altogether just a few days after the garantee ran out, the manager reneged on the promise of the £50 so beware of any company that goes back on a deal."
