"A great job completed by Mark, Matthew and James. We had a large tree reduced in height and shaped (the best it’s looked!), tree removal and heavy ivy cut back to garden wall. On what was no doubt the hottest day of the year, they didn’t stop and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Mark advised us of our best options based around our garden renovations and what to expect with Ivy regrowth stages and future care. "Having sourced a few quotes, (and had a previous bad experience) My interactions with Mark was very positive. He appeared knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process of pruning my grapevine both before and after the work was completed. The job also included cutting down a couple of large trees. I found his methods used for work to be carried out, and invoicing professional and clear. No money was required until I was satisfied with the work on completion. On the day both Mark and his team worked extremely hard, cleared up behind themselves and were totally self sufficient. Overall a very positive experience."
