Julian Owen Associates Architects

"Used Julian Smith Architects for a building project - we’ve just had completed - very impressed with the architect we were assigned for the project, he was very helpful (we had a few alterations during the process!) and easily contactable as well. Will use again."

"We had a very good experience with Julian Owen. They provided drawings for our recent property extension. Kany was excellent and listened to feedback. We were also provided with other contacts (structural engineer and builder) for the job which was worth every penny. They also supported us with the homeowners contract after we selected a builder."

"Julian's poor judgement and legal knowledge has cost us thousands. He appointed a debt collector to collect his fees and has refused our offers to pay in installments, forcing us into financial hardship at Christmas. Avoid at all costs! Quite simply one of the worst experiences we have had in 15 years of business."

"We had a very positive experience working with Julian Owen associates. Communication was clear throughout the process. Although our project was of a relatively small scale we still felt we were an important client. We particularly welcomed the support we received in linking with a builder and establishing a JCT homeowners contract."

"Always happy to work with Julian Owen Associates Architects who provide precise and cost effective project specifications - a major benefit to clients employing their services."
