Lady Bay Loft Conversions

"I was really impressed with Martyn and the team during our loft conversion. They always kept our house tidy, were great working around our two young children, and always checked in with us about permanent decisions (location of fixtures/fittings, etc). We love our loft space and en-suite they built for us, so asked them to redecorate our main bathroom too whilst they were still working here. Highly recommended. Thank you!"

"Martyn was a pleasure to work with and his team were very professional and hard working. We’re really pleased with the work they have done by building the dormer and creating a larger room and shower room. Thank you!"

"Overall we were very pleased with our experience with LBLC and would recommend them. They recently completed a loft conversion on our period home in West Bridgford and we are delighted with the results. For us, the biggest positives were: - The team were polite, friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. They always went out of their way to tidy up at the end of each day and to minimise the disruption (much appreciated with a small baby and a 3 year old). - The workmanship in terms of the carpentry and plastering etc. was generally completed to a high standard. - Martyn is obviously well known in the area and is keen to preserve his good reputation, so we felt we were in good hands. - The cost was competitive for W.Bridgford."

"We have recently had our loft conversion with dormer extension and with a full stair case in west bridgford and cannot reccomend Martyn and his team enough. Such friendly and tidy people to have in the home, every query was answered and no requests were an issue. We shopped around for a lot of quotes and his was the best value and high quality finish. Personal touches added and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again. Thank you again!"

"Martyn and his team were phenomenal throughout my loft conversion in West Bridgford. I was particularly impressed with his in-depth knowledge of my area having converted many lofts on my street and neighbouring streets. Martyn’s experience was invaluable, especially when it came to the layout and placement of the stairs. His ideas resulted in us having a bigger and more usable space which was contrary to the architectural drawings I’d spent thousands on. No need to employ expensive architects, just speak to Martin directly. Finish excellent, communication excellent, overall service excellent!"
