"I am saddened to read the reviews which gave this company one star. However, having had a similar experience of those writers, I can only say how much I agree with them! I shouldn't have to say this, but if you, as I did, posted a clear description of what you needed, please ensure that you confirm what you want and do not be persuaded by use of "the camera" that will be used to identify the problem. The person that came out to assess my leak could only do that for £120. He then went on to offer a services of a subcontractor who could do the whole job, for which I would have to pay! I am only sorry that the owner had a young assistant with him. This surely isn't the way train someone to earn an honest crust! I lost my hard earned money and got two holes, as shown below. If the owner were a man of integrity, he would return my money. Thankfully, a trusted builder sorted out the leak and fitted a hatch as detailed in my job posted on Checkatrade!"
