"AVOID AVOID AVOID DISHONEST PERSON JUST IN IT FOR THE MONEY DOESNT CARE ABOUT ACTUALLY HELPING PEOPLE JUST WANTS MAX PROFIT FOR EASY WORK Bad response time Charges the most he can especially if you don’t know how much things cost and seem vulnerable. The owner has responded to my review and OUTRIGHT LIED about the door being second hand and LIED about me having no keys, the keys were stuck in the barrel and the door is BRAND NEW still has the wrapping on, i have evidence of both of these things, I actually can’t believe he is happy to just LIE like this to try to uphold his reputation, he could have just been honest charged me a fair price from the start and avoided all of this. OR COME BACK AND HELP ME AND NOT GIVE ME EXCUSES OVER 3 WEEKS SUMMARY: I asked for a NEW (unlike his lie on his response) sliding door which had a key stuck in barrel it to be fixed, I wanted it to be able to be able to be locked have the key taken out and walk away and that’s it, just work properly. I wouldn’t have asked for half a job, for just a barrel change like the owner is claiming of course I wanted it fully working why wouldn’t I want it fully working?😂 He said he can do this if it needs a new barrel and alignment will cost £130 will all work Upon arriving and inspecting it he said it needs new handles and new mechanism but once I get them I can fit them it will work no problem, so all that he actually did in the end was change the barrel TOOK HIM 10 MINUTES COULD HAVE DONE IT MYSELF just popped a new barrel into the door claimed the rest will be easy once the parts come, and still charged me £130 for this, that is the price for the full job he quoted me initially the full fix but he reassured me saying once the parts come he will FaceTime me and help me get it working it will be easy. … it still doesn’t work the parts have came and now has been avoiding coming back to help me and taken money for a full job. Original post: Overcharged me for the job that he did, gave me a price for the complete job but he didn’t finish the job yet still charged full amount saying I just needed new handle and mechanism and I can just finish it myself will be easy and he can help me through FaceTime, when the parts came it still didn’t work. Awful response time didn’t seem bothered to try to help me with a job he probably simply didn’t want to do once he took the money and charged me £130 for simply changing a key barrel took him 10 minutes could have done it myself problem was never fixed claimed that’s all I asked for I wanted the problem fixed not charged for half a job told to finish it myself and be reluctant to come back. Terrible customer service stay away."

"Cannot recommend lock safe highly enough. When i lost my car keys and then the spare didn't work. Emmy came outside of working hours, within the hour. Gave me the quote prior to arrival and was able to fix my spare key and cut me a nice new one and programmed it. Price - very reasonable Service - excellent, very friendly and knowledgable If i find myself needing a locksmith again, i will most definitely be using lock safe.
