"I recently hired this joiner to fix doors, locks, and hinges in my mother's home, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The joiner's approach was unprofessional, and there were several issues that left me dissatisfied. There was also a lack of clarity on the supplies we needed to buy which added further frustrations. Firstly, the joiner did not accurately communicate his availability, causing delays and inconvenience. When he finally arrived, it became apparent that his skills did not match his promises. The bathroom door, in particular, was poorly fitted, rendering the locks useless. It's frustrating to pay for a service only to have the problem exacerbated. To add insult to injury, the joiner used my personal vacuum cleaner instead of bringing his own professional equipment, which is a basic expectation for someone in his profession. As a result, my Dyson vacuum cleaner ended up broken. This not only reflects a lack of preparedness but also a disregard for the my mother's belongings. Overall, I would not recommend this joiner to anyone seeking reliable and professional services. My regret is that we ever hired this joiner in the first place. It's essential to choose a joiner who values professionalism, communicates effectively, and respects both your time and belongings."
