"Mark'd Improvements did our bathroom & toilet, as well as board our loft and replaced our fuse board. Can't rate them highly enough. Their workmanship was of a very high standard and on time. Even though they incurred extra costs at the waste disposal stage of the bathroom job, they footed the bill so we didn't have to pay any extra. Mark and Donna also allowed us to use their B&Q discount to reduce costs on paint for the bathroom and toilet. They were adaptable and mindful of our needs throughout. They always gave us good advice about available options. With the loft boarding, the final cost came under the original quote. They will shortly replace some of our windows and install a new fascia on the garage. All the workmen we've used have been very friendly and personable. Donna, as the project manager, has always been responsive, helpful, and informative. Would definitely recommend them for any home improvement project."

"We have had a lovely annex build by mark and Donna. Mark and the team worked hard on the build while soon ensured it ran smoothly and we had the build done just as we wanted it but advised on other ways or additional that she was clearly always right about. They keep up involved all the way and despite working in really bad conditions were completed on time. The whole build and landscaping has been admired by friend and family while neighbours have asked for contact details to ask for work to be done. Highly recommended this firm which is a very friendly helpful and professional team."

"Fitted toilet leaked 5 times charged for revisits £100 In then the end it was is poor pluming was the root cause. Push fit king see photos. Cost me £400 had to get an emergency Plumber to fix, did not offer refund for his poor work. Water was flooding everywhere. I had to rip out all the tiles to get to the issue.
