"Used Miller Freeman and Avon Water Services to replace our old lead supply pipe. I think they quoted on the Wednesday, called back to book it in on the Thursday and were on the job for Saturday. Due to a small hitch there was a need to come back and finish the work at a later date - which was the Monday morning. Incredible response time. Absolutely cannot fault the service and the promptness of all their responses. The three different guys who turned up were professional and polite and kept us abreast of all the changes and information. When I noted my water flow seemed to have dropped they took the time to troubleshoot and check the issue and it never felt like an inconvenience. They used a spare slab I had to do a spot-on restoration of the path when they were done and left no trace on the site. Only complaint? No formal way to increase the invoice to give them a tip! 10/10 would use again."
