NG Chartered Surveyors

"We were extremely disappointed with our experience with NG Surveyors. After attending a viewing, they assured us that an appraisal would be sent over by close of business on a specific day. That deadline passed with no update. We followed up multiple times with calls and messages, all of which were ignored. We were left completely in limbo with no communication whatsoever. For a company regarded as one of Nottingham’s leading commercial agents, this level of professionalism was not what we expected. The lack of reliability and basic courtesy has been very frustrating and a considerable waste of our time."

"We received excellent service throughout our lease of a new premises, with Alicia handling the process. She was exceptionally helpful, consistently prompt in her responses, and always went above and beyond to assist us. Many thanks to Alicia for your outstanding support"

"The team at NG have been super helpful from start to finish, be that accommodating us at short notice for viewings all the way to working with us and the solicitors to ensure we got the move in date in completed on time. Particular shout outs to Thomas and Jude who have been so welcoming and supportive in our move but also our expansion plans."

"Sunny did an exceptional job helping me find a location for my business. Not only did he find us the perfect spot, but helped in every aspect of the deal, saving us time and money in so doing. Can't recommend the guys at NG enough, every interaction with their team I have had so far has been professional and positive."

"We were introduced to Jonathon Seddon at NG Chartered Surveyors through a mutual friend when starting to look into buying a commercial property. Our need was very specific. He came out to see our current set up and really understood what we were looking for. He gave honest advice on what we should expect and where we should target. When we found the perfect property, it was only available leasehold. Jonathon, and his team at NG are respected by everyone they deal with. It is this reputation for honesty and integrity that enabled him to approach the vendors and successfully negotiate a sale at a fair price. The sale went through without a glitch in incredibly quick time. We would not hesitate to recommend Jonathon and his team at NG Chartered Surveyors to anyone looking to buy/sell or lease a property. We will definitely be using their services if we buy again."
