He then produced drawings for both planning permission and construction along with a building specification meeting requirements for building control. "Very disappointing service. Started off very well. Initial designs were good, and we signed off a design we liked. Then we moved to getting the structural drawings done. Unfortunately they created structural drawings for an older proposals and not the final design we had actually signed off. No problem, mistakes happen. However they failed to provide an explanation, and failed to rectify the situation by providing drawings for the actual signed off design. To make matters worse, they then started ignoring all emails. I have now instructed solicitors to start legal proceedings. Do not trust this company. I was dealing with Jack."
