"Jason from Pulse Pest Control, gave a thorough verbal explanation concerning possible infestations in the loft linked to the time of year , ie squirrels breading season. Jason also visited the property to carry out a preliminary visual assessment. Jason gave further advice re possible outcomes and further preventative action that may be needed. I found Jason to be friendly, fair and honest with realistic and acceptable pricing. This is applicable in comparison to others offering a similar service with more complex charges. "Today I had my final visit from the team as before Xmas I had a rodent issue Callum who attended on the first appointment was prompt and even brought protective covers for his shoes which I told him was not needed he went into the kitchen and evaluated the situation he was very sympathetic and friendly he lay down all the traps and food that needed and even put down a few extra as he knew I hated the situation he explained what would happen iff was eaten he was polite and took time to have a conversation with me when he left I was still nervous about the situation but happy with what I was told the second visit he was exactly the same prompt on arrival sympathetic and polite sone of the food had been eaten so he re baited and checked all round the kitchen and outside me and again told me to call of was concerned about anything today was not Callum but was his dad sorry forgot his name but he was exactly the same overall I cannot complain about anything I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a rodent issue 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 well done and thank you after all this I can sleep a lot more easier"

"We and had called in a company to help, months later after taking money off us every time they came out we still had the problem and the rats were now in the roof we were at our wits end. We were recommended Pulse and Jason came out within a day of us calling, he had an idea of where they were coming in, he went above and beyond for us and within another 2 visits we are now rat FREE !! "We had been having issue with birds in our eaves and loft. Called for a quote/assessment. The chap was organised, had a diary, told me when he was available and turned up as planned. This is rare in my experience as most work men I have interacted with are vague and unreliable, so top notch for organisation and reliability! On arriving, he quickly assessed, and did the job there and then (some mesh fitted on each corner of the roof where the birds were entering). Reasonable price as far as I'm concerned. Had his own card machine so easy payment... left an invoice as proof of works. Assuming we have no more bird problems, I am thoroughly impressed with how easy it was to get the job done. "Called Pulse out for a wasp nest in the roof after recommendation from two friends. Came next day and treated the nest. Had to call them back after found a couple of wasps in the loft. They checked and reassured that the nest was dead but some wasps will hang around for a while. No charge for the extra call despite very reasonable initial charge and very patient explaining what to expect. Each member of staff we have dealt with have been very friendly and helpful. Hope to not need to call them again in the future but would not hesitate to use again and definitely recommend."
