R Brooks Plastering Ltd. Internal/External Wall Insulation, Spray Cork & Silicone Render. Nottingham

"Richard had been recommended to us from a friend, so when he arrived to give us a quote my partner and I immediately liked how he spoke to both of us, and answered any questions we had as a couple, rather than just to me or my partner. His price was reasonable and fitted in with our budget, so we accepted. Before work commenced nothing was to much trouble if I needed to confirm something with him, which I really liked. When Richard started he came at the time he said he would be, and worked all day, sometimes till 6pm to get the section of work he was doing finished. He was courteous and polite, and considered our needs as we were having our downstairs bathroom and kitchen done at the same time. His work is excellent and we're very pleased with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Richard."

"I hired Richard to apply corkspray insulation to the inside of my external walls. He approached the job very methodically - doing the work in two stages so I was able to continue living in my house with, at each time, half the house effectively out of bounds. He couldn't have been more accommodating - when he did the kitchen he organised it so I still had access to the rings, the oven, the kettle and the fridge. Richard is a true professional in that he takes pride in doing a good and tidy job. The things I left in the rooms (away from the walls he was spraying) were all covered with sheets of plastic. He did some additional work at no extra cost. And, he did a great job cleaning and tidying up - for the end of the second phase I was away and returned to newly plastered walls and clean carpets and floors next to them. I have no hesitation recommending Richard for a plastering and/or corkspray insulation job."

"I cannot speak highly enough of Richard's work. His communication and quoting was prompt and transparent. He gave me a date to start the work and turned up as promised. The standard of the work is exceptional. There was no mess. Cannot fault."

"Richard did a great job plastering our living room. Although it was a challenging room with a lot of old plaster underneath. Richard was really thorough and i could tell he went the extra mile to make sure that the plaster would last. Great smooth finish. Will definitely use again."

"Richard’s work ethic and standard of work are both admirable, he ensured clear communication all the way through the project, allowing for a very smooth process. He was prompt, worked hard and ensured the site was cleaned on a daily basis. Highly recommended."
