Simon Scrimshaw Painting & Decorating

"Simon’s work is wonderful and we are so pleased with our newly decorated hall, stairs & landing; where we had one colour below the banister and dado rail and a different colour above. Simon also repaired our celing before painting. Simon never leaves a job until fully completed and checks you are happy with everything before leaving. We can highly recommend him, as others do, so please be prepared to wait for his availability and skills."

"Very pleased with the decorating of my bedroom. It was a very difficult job as the plaster was so old but Simon was able to cope with this. He has done a good job that should last many years."

"Simon painted my hall, stairs and landing walls and ceilings. He spent two days to complete it, doing an excellent job. He is friendly, hardworking and tidy.I will definitely be using his services again. Thankyou!"

"Simon has decorated a 1 bedroom apartment for us. We are highly satisfied with the quality of his work, which was to a high standard. He has been a clean and tidy worker, we would not hesitate to use him again in the future, or to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable decorator."

"We would highly recommend Simon, upon visiting and quoting us, I was struck by his passion and care for the job, showing genuine interest and ideas and making some excellent recommendations on farrow and ball colours - but made up by Johnsons so cheaper in price but same fantastic quality and look. Simon was able to start the job in great time after the visit and completed the job as planned and expected to a very high standard. He takes good care to prep all the walls meticulously and the painting is incredibly neat and thorough. We had a whole house redecoration so Simon was great at advising where to start, on us moving things around to accommodate him, he was great at ensuring we could still live as normal within the home while decorating happened, especially important as we both work from home. Simon is very approachable, friendly and passionate about his work, he is honest and up front and gives brilliant suggestions, ideas we hadn't thought of and colours that work well together which just elevated our plan. His communication and reliability is great too, kept to agreements and plans and would recommend to anyone!"
