From quote to completion all the team worked hard, very responsive to requests and comments. Guttering, lights, gates were all refitted well. One minor negative: the windowsill extensions were not perfect and some jointwork gaps have developed over the year."

"It’s 4 years since Smarter Homes applied External Rendering to my house, it’s definitely been a huge improvement to both the looks and the insulation especially on a single brick wall. There had always been damp and black mould on one of the interior walls due to the weather on the single brick wall, this cleared up immediately and hasn’t returned.The whole property is a lot warmer, it heats up quickly when the central heating is put on, keeping my fuel bills lower. "We contacted Smarter Homes last year through their website for a free survey and quote as our render had been removed badly and the bricks underneath had been badly damaged. We were hoping to have it re-rendered but Mike from Smarter Homes offered us the chance to have a brick replica finish instead of the colour render we had been quoted for by others. Not only was that an unexpected option but they could also insulate the walls as they had no cavity so the bungalow was always hard to keep warm in winter. We liked the idea of no deposits and a 10 year warranty from the manufacturer so decided to go ahead. We now have a perfect brick looking home that is super warm. The workmen and the materials they used were both top class and left the place clean and tidy. Best experience we have had from any building work we have had over the years"
