"Great service all round. Michael and Nick came out and did the initial survey, checked where I could have the battery, answered my question on why I couldn't have the battery stack in certain places, they checked where all of the wires and boxes/isolation box would go inside and out. Great smart clean job and I certainly got the impression that they wouldn't do anything less, totally cared about the way they work, no rush job , nice and slow so it was right first time, even down to suggesting we have a hardwired connection to the WiFi for more consistent connection. They asked me questions on our usage and what higher voltage appliances we have, ie hob, oven, electric shower and suggested the size of battery they think we would need which was more or less spot on by suggesting the 10kw sigenergy which is only actually just over 8kw overall, possibly should have gone for a slightly bigger one maybe another 5kw on top of 10 kw for year round use, but summer is fine but putting too much back into the grid. Some companies said go for a 5kw battery (which now I know definitely wouldn't have been enough) and put them in the loft. Michael and Nick said NO it's not recommended to put them in the loft anymore for safety reasons. Michael even contacted a company that does the covers and organised the delivery and fitted it for us and left room inside the cover in case we wanted to expand the system in the future. They explained and showed me how the system works on my phone through the app. Nothing seems to much for them, any contact I made because I don't get on with technology to well was answered in a timely manner and explained how things work, I did make an alteration to the system through the app but didn't know how to change it back so they did it remotely. I always try to use local companies for any work to support them and the area and they are great. So far we have managed to slightly more than half our electric payments from £70 to £34 because of using the cheap electric price at night and the good weather. Thanks Team Solv energy 😃"

"We have had solar panels since 2011 and decided to upgrade our system and have a battery fitted. Mike went through all our options including just adding a few more panels. Our old system was becoming less efficient we decided to replace the old panels and add more. I agreed a price and was kept informed at every stage if anything changed. Everybody involved with the fit from scaffolders to electricians and the solar team, were courteous, polite and punctual. Any minor issues were dealt with and overcome by the team and everything was finished on time. Mike and Nick helped me through the process of becoming a generator and dealing with Octopus and Eon. The app allows me to see how efficient the system is and in these early days seems to be going to plan . I am very happy with our new system and would highly recommend Solv Energy."

"My experience with Solv Energy is that they are a very professional company, they extended my solar system to include panels on the front of mynhouse the instalation was conducted in a timely manner while the cost was very competitive. They were tidy and polite very helpful with all my questions and made sure they left site after clearing up after the days work, commissioning of the system was completed to my satisfaction as soon as the installation was completed.
