Swish Architecture Ltd

"Design with no regard to budget. We had a design and planning application through Swish having explained the budget and scope to them before they started the design. They got carried away and drew an extension that was far too big and very complicated to build. When we got quotes from builders they were at least 3 times our original budget. Overall we wasted a lot of time and money with Swish and didn't get anything for it. The CGI images they produce look great and they'll draw a really attractive house for you but you probably won't be able to afford it!"

"We were recommended by a friend to use Swish to redesign our dated old 1970s bungalow, Dino and his team from start to finish were very professional and came up with some amazing ideas. Dino designed us our wishlist and much more and the final product has exceeded all expectations, still can't believe it's ours!! They gave us help with choosing materials, bricks, and tweeking certain areas of the build so we could get the most out of it for our family and lifestyle. I have already recommended to friends and neighbours who are thinking of having work done in the future!"

"We recently used Swish to design our new home. We met with the team several times to discuss plans and get their ideas of what could be done to transform our 60's house and plot into something special. The drawings provided were incredible and just as we'd envisioned! Dino and the team were very helpful, professional and friendly. We've just had our plans passed first time by planning and the whole experience with Swish was just excellent. We wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone. Great service, people and ideas - Thank you."

"My partner and I went through Swish to have a 2 story extension done on our 3 bed semi in West Bridgford. Dino and the team were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. The extension looks fantastic and I couldn’t recommend them enough."

"Brilliant company. After a bad experience and years of planning arguments using another architect, we hired Dino to help create our dream home. We were impressed with the creativity, openness and professionalism shown. We were also awarded planning permission in speedy time and will be using Swish for our building regs and working drawings, and have recommended him to friends and family."
