Trademark Property Development Limited

"Great experience by the team to have our patio done. Not only were they respectful of the space and very friendly, but the work was outstanding. It looks better than imagined. Lots of little touches that were not discussed but adds a class finish. They obviously know what they are doing!"

"I hired Trademark for a home extension project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team displayed professionalism and expertise that exceeded my expectations. The quality of the workmanship on the extension is outstanding, and it seamlessly blends with the existing structure. The project was completed on time and within budget. I highly recommend Trademark for any construction project, and I'm thrilled with the beautiful extension they built for my home."

"I have used Trademark twice. Once for an extension and garage conversion and the other for landscaping our back garden. I found them to be extremely professional, friendly and easy to deal with and they were always happy to explain what was needed in layman's terms for me. They were punctual and reliable as well as considerate. We are extremely house proud and have high standards and we found the quality of their work to be superb. I would definitely recommend using Trademark and they will be my first port of call for any work that we require in the future."

"I used Trademark to build a front porch extension to my house, opening up the entrance and converting the old out house into a downstairs toilet. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the final extension transformed our house. I have plans to use them again in the future for another project as I know they produce quality work with attention to detail."
