Traditional Build

"Paul, Andy and Ray were an utter delight to have around and their workmanship is first class. We are extremely happy with the outcome and quality of work, reliability, speed of completion, and improvement made to our home. Paul knew exactly what we wanted to achieve and quoted appropriately and fairly. Heartily and without reservation recommend Traditional Build for any home improvement project."

"We couldn’t be happier with the experience we had working with Paul and his team on our double-storey rear and side extension. From the very beginning, Paul was hands-on—helping us design the project alongside our architect and getting us booked in quickly. His team showed up on time every single day with a consistently positive, can-do attitude. Several neighbours even took the time to compliment their friendliness and professionalism, which speaks volumes. The quality of the work has been exceptional, with great attention to detail throughout. Any small issues we raised at the end were handled promptly and without hesitation (though, in truth, there was very little to flag). Paul coordinated everything seamlessly and also connected us with other skilled tradespeople for additional work, all of whom were equally reliable. Even after the main job was complete, we asked Paul to return to fit some extra skirting board—again, no trouble at all, and it was done quickly and to a high standard. Nothing ever felt like too much to ask. Having seen family members deal with unreliable builders in the past, we were cautious going in—but Paul and his team have completely changed our perspective. We recommend them without hesitation and will absolutely be using them again for future projects."

"Totally recommend Traditional Build. They have done three extension/renovation big jobs for us over the past twenty years and each time we have been thrilled by the results. Paul and his team treat your home with respect during the build, tidy up after themselves each evening and work around your needs if you are working from home. And they stick to their timescales! Excellent value for money, fabulous results, really professional work."

"Paul, Andy and Ryan were fantastic. So hard to get tradespeople that you can trust these days, and yet these guys were thorough, careful, thoughtful, and great to get on with. Definitely recommend."

"Paul and his crew (Andy, Andy and Ryan) did a splendid job of building our new kitchen and garden room extension. They worked through all weathers and achieved a fabulous result. There were no hitches or problems and all the tradesmen they brought in were great. All highly professional, courteous, polite. A great organisation and would recommend them every time"
